One of the key pillars of Aircall Growth Strategy is to leverage its ecosystem of partners. This ecosystem is made of Integration Partners, but also Business & IT Consulting Companies, Telecom Integrators, or Solution Resellers.
The next step for Aircall is to partner with Large European Telecom/Carrier Service Providers, so Aircall is creating a dedicated team to Recruit, Onboard and Enable Strategic International Carrier partners to increase channel revenues and address a wider market. You will be integrated in a new team of young and international hungry Sales, and your Success will be measured on your ability to achieve quarterly sales targets while driving partner success.
Your mission at Aircall:Identify and prospect Major Carriers in EMEA, understand their requirements and interest to model a custom long-term PartnershipConvince C-Level executives (Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Product Teams) to add Aircall to their portfolioCoordinate the Partner Legal Team and the Aircall Legal Team to find an agreement that will help your Partnership to be successfulEnable the partner teams to sell and coordinate with the Aircall Sales Team to generate revenueCreate and coordinate a Marketing agenda with your Partners Marketing teams to achieve common ambitionsCoordinate Business Reviews with your partners to anticipate what you need to change to achieve common targetsAchieve quarterly/annual target based on revenue generated by your partners
A little more about you :You have a solid experiences and a strong drive for Channel Sales or Enterprise SalesYou have ideally been working with International Telecom Service ProvidersYou have a track record of selling Software or As-a-Service SolutionsYou have a creative and consultative selling approachYou are bilingual in English and in another European language. Competitive and driven to achieve goals. Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of informationAbility to speak to C-Level executives and execute with a long term vision when modeling partnershipsYou have a big smile whatever the situation. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
