Job Description

Behind our product are the amazing teams driving it, split between Paris, New York, Sydney, Madrid, London, Berlin and remote locations. Despite our distance, we all work together to drive our product!

We are seeking our first gifted and talented hunter to address our existing client base to source revenue opportunities based in our Paris office. This role involves researching companies, organizing outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending it to a Customer success manager. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.

Your mission @ Aircall

  • Be the First Development Representative to cover the existing customer base
  • The Success Development Rep will work within the Sales Development Rep team and will be working side by side with Customer success managers to uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities which result in closed business.
  • Research relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) and gather key lead information
  • Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls) to identify relevant points of contact.
  • Understand the business and the buying cycle of the leads.
  • Highlight Aircall's value proposition to raise curiosity and interest.
  • Book demos and meetings.
  • Document all daily activities in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the success team to accelerate portfolio revenue 
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.
  • Work with your manager and Success leads/manager to adapt the sales development representative process to the existing client base
  • A little more about you:

  • Native French/English speaker (you'll be emailing, calling, meeting prospects)
  • Scraping expert and able to analyze data
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
  • Rigor and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)
  • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
