As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for building long term successful relationships with Strategic Partners including HubSpot and monday.com. Using strong consultative and communicative skills (both written and verbal), you will work with partners to help improve their Aircall knowledge and offer red carpet service to increase conversion rates and referral rates, identify partner pain points, and develop helpful collateral with the objective of generating revenue.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic go-getter with previous entry-level SaaS sales or partnerships experience eager for a new challenge and professional development. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We will provide and teach you the tools and methods to get started, but you'll have to show relentless execution, autonomy, creativity, and initiative to succeed.
What you'll do:Build and manage long-lasting relationships with our strategic partners Develop a network of champions to increase conversion and referral ratesTrain and educate our strategic partners on Aircall’s offeringIdentify key partner customers pain points to help develop a long term product/integration strategy Expand on your creative and “thinking outside the box” approach to advance existing partnerships to the next levelWork cross functionally with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for our new partners and their clientsBecome an expert at presenting the Aircall platform, software integrations, and the value of working with Aircall to help our partners achieve their business goals
What you'll bring: 9 to 12 months or more of experience in Sales or Partnerships in a fast-growing startup environment"Closer” mindset with the drive to be relentless in expanding partnerships and aligning stakeholdersExperience within a Sales or Partnerships team that meets and exceeds their goals consistentlyStrong organizational skills and fluency with software toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience working with HubSpot & monday.com is a huge plus!Hunger to learn!
