We are looking for product managers to strengthen the ongoing work on the Phone area.
As a Senior Product Manager at Aircall, you will be working on the beating heart of our conversation services: the routing and the core backend systems for our communication channels.
You will ensure not only that we deliver the best in class experience for connecting agents with customers, but also that we are building scalable and reliable distributed systems.
Given the importance of these systems, your work is highly leveraged and has the potential to transform not only the conversation experience for our customers but also shape our journey to global scaling.
Your mission @Aircall:Contribute to the vision and strategy of next-generation conversations platformPrioritize the product roadmap together with your team and stakeholdersManage product discovery and analyze users insights as well as good decision making based on those insightsDrive the team and stakeholders to define the best solutions (technical & functional-wise)Write all specifications needed to implement the product solutionsManage backlog on the day to day basis and prioritize for your teamPartner with the product marketing and business teams for strategic insights, smooth rollouts, communication with clientsEvaluate outcomes through qualitative feedback (business teams, clients) and quantitative measuresContribute to the growing product mindset at AircallBe eager to try new approaches and fail fast
A little more about you:3+ years of experience in Product ManagementTechnically savvy and experience working with backend teams for SaaS B2B products is a plusExperience with communication technologies or in the Contact Center problem space is a huge plusStrong business and analytical senseAbility to work autonomously, but never alone, work with tech, product, and business teamsStakeholder management skillsExcellent communication verbally and writtenFluent English
