Our product team is organized around the following domains:

- Phone

- Telco, resellers and internal tools

- Ecosystem

The Phone domain itself is organized around several areas:

- Phone for agents

- Dashboard for admins

- Telephony 

- Messaging

- Core

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to level up on our Core services. The Core team provides interfaces and tools that make it easy to build on top of our data and objects (such as Lines, Calls, Users) while minimizing operational concerns and ensuring user privacy.

Examples of topics the team manages: authentication, permissions, user/line management, call recordings management, data localization.

Your mission

  • Study our user needs and our industry landscape
  • Be in charge of scheduling and prioritising solutions for our user needs
  • Partner with relevant parties: business teams, product and engineering teams, product marketing team, data team
  • Work closely in a technical environment to frame, investigate and validate new features
  • Manage the team backlog
  • Define the user stories
  • Be part of the day to day organization with the development team
  • Own the roadmap project delivery and establish key product management processes
  • Partner with stakeholders for a perfect alignment on problems to solve, how and when.
  • Ensure smooth feature roll outs
  • Track feature usage, gather feedback and share those with the team
  • Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, mentorship, recruiting activities, and improving processes to help us adapt as we scale.
  • Be an ambassador of the product strategy and own it
  • Your skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • High level of comprehension of technical topics (client-server communication, technical stacks, APIs…)
  • Strong business and analytical sense
  • Proven ability to ship products
  • Excellent communication
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Pragmatic, you almost always make decisions informed by data. 
  • You are eager to try new approaches
  • Experience building a B2B SaaS product is a huge plus
