Behind our product are the amazing teams driving it, split between Paris, New York, Sydney, Madrid, London, Berlin and remote locations. Despite our distance, we all work together to drive our product!

We are looking for someone to help us build and lead the Business Systems team at Aircall, creating the CRM infrastructure needed to support our scale and grow a team of both technical and business-oriented Business System Project Managers, Salesforce Admins and external developers who work on our internal and external systems.

This is a highly strategic role which requires technical expertise gathered during years of managing high performing teams and hands on experience within the Salesforce architecture. Your role will also be key in making Aircall’s operations both standardized and innovative, using the latest tools, technologies and methodologies to make our business teams (Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnership) more efficient and productive.



  • Work in partnership with all areas of the business to champion the quality and integrity of all data and systems
  • Own our Salesforce infrastructure and our ecosystem of sales productivity tools and streamline workflows between internal and external systems
  • Define the Salesforce roadmap of deliverables and hire & manage external team of technical consultants & developers
  • Input into long term planning on emerging tools, technologies and CRM best practice
  • Data, workflow & processes:

  • Own end to end sales process in partnership with Sales Operations, including all systems links, data flows and interfaces.
  • Optimise the effectiveness of our systems architecture, including working with Tech, IT, Data and Product on streamlining processes.
  • Coordinate change management, including communication, testing, training and documentation.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement in systems & processes
  • Continually assess the adequacy of business systems in terms of governance and compliance, including but not limited to data resilience / back-up 
  • Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce (certifications)
  • Good grasp of IT architecture and data management
  • Understanding of the SAAS model and tool landscape
  • Excellent communicator, able to work cross-functionally, involving a wider range of stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
  • Proven and demonstrable commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong management skills, delegative and mentoring style
  • Experience:

  • 7-10+ years experience of progressive project management or working in a Business Systems/IT role delivering projects
  • Experience of complex workflows and products in a multi-site environment
  • Familiar with the principles and implementation of lean practices and processes
  • Need to be:

  • Structured and disciplined in approach to planning own workload
