As a Manager of Sales Development for DACH, BeNeLux and Nordics, you'll develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic SDRs. The Sales Development team is the first interaction prospective customers have with Aircall and is key to the success of business as a whole.
We are looking for a highly empathetic and passionate leader, with a winning mentality and infectious, positive attitude. Your experience in consultative sales means you can spot training opportunities through listening to calls and examining emails/cadences. You should have a good knowledge of the whole sales cycle at a SaaS company within DACH and/or Benelux and/or the Nordics.
Your mission @Aircall : Hire, coach and manage a team of Sales Development RepsDevelop the sales, product and industry skills of each team memberWeekly 1-2-1 meetings using dashboards to track SDR pipelines, activity and performanceDay-to-day monitoring of activity and performance, utilising your knowledge of the individual; internal and external factors, and a data-driven approachMotivate team members through creative incentivesRegularly report on Team/Individual ResultsIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
A little more about you: Native or Fluent English SpeakerNative or fluent German, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish speaker2+ years in the software sales space as both an SDR & closer within DACH, Benelux and/or Nordics marketsConsistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributorExperience leading a team as a Manager, Team Lead or Senior repExperience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
