The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the support functions essential to the Sales team’s productivity. These include sales forecasting and reporting, optimisation of tools and processes.

Reporting to the COO, the Sales Operations Manager works closely with the Sales team as well as other internal and external stakeholders such as Financial Planning and Analytics, Operations, Marketing and Product.

Profil recherché

Responsible for overseeing and improving sales operations processes, to maximise sales effectiveness and productivity.

Co-ordinating sales forecasting, planning and team target setting in conjunction with the Head of Partnerships and the Financial Planning & Analytics team.

Monitoring the AR processes within the Sales team, working with sales team leads and country managers to ensure we are productive.

Managing Salesforce within the sales operation function, liaising with both the US team and the EMEA team.

Working with the Sales Enablement Associate to develop and maintain up-to-date pitch decks and case studies.

Building out comprehensive onboarding for new joiners as well as a training programme for established sales team members.

Bachelor's degree from a respected university

1-2 years’ experience in a sales operations role with the ability to understand the challenges that sales teams encounter

Proficiency in Office Suite, Google applications, and Salesforce.com is MANDATORY

Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives and activities
