Job Description

While Aircall's business is strongly rising, the QA team requires to scale up. We are currently building the QA department, which involves to spread the QA culture & mindset over the company, to define & apply QA processes, to experiment & iterate, to implement all the basis to meet quality deliverables.
Therefore, we are looking for multiple positions and multiple profiles. Being involved in this major change is a great opportunity. Don't miss it!

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate and coordinate quality testing activities with feature teams
  • Review quality specifications and technical design documents to identify system requirements in order to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Automate functional and technical tests
  • Report and document technical issues
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Preferred Experience

  • 4+ technical QA testing experience
  • Strong ability to automate functional and technical end-to-end tests
  • Significant experience testing REST APIs
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong ability to plan and execute testing during the development phases and mitigate any issues
  • Ability to multi-task, resourceful, familiar with testing tools/standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile team experience
