We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and drive Aircall’s key initiatives and interface with internal stakeholders to secure our sales, and operation processes. The right candidate is comfortable in a fast paced, ever changing environment and is passionate about preventing customer, company and internal stakeholder (support, sales, finance, tech…) from harm.
Your missions @Aircall: Create project plans and drive their execution, providing regular updates.Collaborate successfully with Finance, Sales, Tech, Product, Support, Sales Ops and other stakeholders on products, tools and analytical systems used for detecting and remediating abuse, fraud and compliance issuesPartner with Sales, Support, Product, Compliance, Legal and InfoSec teams to evaluate and improve operating procedures, tools and workflows.Find and identify the business problems that need to be solved and then determine the best way to solve them, using data and customer experience to guide you.Navigate complex decisions that require striking the right balance between business growth and risk mitigation objectives.
Knowledge expected:You are a quick learner, able to learn complex new systems and processes at a subject matter expert level and then explain the functionality and approach to others.You have experience identifying and driving process improvements that help improve customer experience and make teams more efficientYou are able to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.You are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable presenting to large groups. You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This job requires engagement with subject matter experts to set objectives and outcomesYou have the technical aptitude and understanding of software development to interface with Engineering partners
A little more about you: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or similar subject area or equivalent job experience.You have 4+ years of program / project management experience, preferably in a global organization or consulting firm
