The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various channels. They will work closely with the marketing team to set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget, and use data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive performance . They will be responsible for a mix of regional and global campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize ROAS
  • Align closely with marketing and sales stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives and forecast outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • What you'll bring:

  • HARD SKILLS
  • Knowledge of Paid Acquisition Channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and growing expertise in one. Ideally holds Google ads and Meta blueprint certifications
  • Knowledge of Analysis & Reporting Tools (Google Analytics)
  • Creation of assets, ad copy, AB tests, data driven files
  • Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excels
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS is a plus
