Job Description

The Channel/Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with the Channel Partnerships team and wider Marketing team to help build and activate indirect channel marketing initiatives internationally. It's a great opportunity to support across strategy, development and execution for all channel marketing activities.

Channel Partnerships is a vital part of the business, generating a significant proportion of company's revenue; and you’ll be involved you finding effective ways to promote the brand, integrations and product among our referral and reseller partners.

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Be a specialist in B2B channel activities
  • Develop marketing plans and campaigns with channel partners and Aircall channel partnerships team
  • Execute and activate of marketing plans and campaigns to drive pipeline lead/demand generation and revenue objectives
  • Work on co-branded Aircall/partner co-brand marketing campaigns
  • Work with Channel partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities to build on Channel marketing plan
  • Support the Marketing and Partnership teams with pitch decks, product demos, case studies and point of sale materials
  • Create partner training programmes through webinars and best practice case studies
  • Work with Sales to develop channel marketing support via incentives, marketing collateral, events and content for direct channels
  • Ensure that all partner campaigns adhere to Red Hat’s brand standards across all of the communication channels
  • Analyse results, metrics, and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

Preferred Experience

*A little more about you: *

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high technology B2C/B2B enterprise software or SaaS required
  • Experienced in developing fully integrated marketing plans with the focus on the Partner journey
  • Monitor the execution of channel-marketing programs by working closely with Partnerships team
  • The ability to ‘own’ and influence the situation and key meetings, being the subject matter expert, and driving the plan to completion
  • Numerate with good analytical skills, using data to optimise/maximise the marketing plan in real time
  • Experience in Social/Digital Media
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
  • Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and channel marketing goals
  • Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision, a keen attention to detail and in a fast-paced environmentExperience in product marketing, partner marketing, channel partner or lead/demand generation
