One of the key pillars of Aircall growth strategy is to build and expand its partner network. Today this ecosystem is made of Integration Partners, Business & IT Consulting Companies, Solution Resellers, and Telecom Integrators.

Aircall is now at a turning point of its partnership program; the next stage of expansion being to partner with Telecom/Carrier service providers.

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Partner & Internal services team and help the dedicated PMs to build suitable back-end and front-end products in order to expand our market.

Your mission @Aircall:

  • As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting the right product challenges to address in order to maximize value for our reseller partners & internal teams (biz ops, support, customer care, engineering, finance) and support revenue growth.
  • Here are a few examples of topics that will be handled by your team: Reseller API, Reseller portal, Administration portal, Customer activity reporting system.
  • You will also define the most appropriate action plans to address them, ensure your team brilliantly executes them and communicate the right level of results to the right audience at the right time.
  • To do so, you’ll be working mainly with your team of Product Managers and key stakeholders from various departments such as Head of telco Partnerships, Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Sales Operations & Strategy. You will be reporting to one of our Head of Product.

  • A little more about you:

  • You have been working as Product Manager on large projects, in a B-to-B SaaS company for at least (2 years as a Senior PM - ideally with 5+ years building software platforms)
  • You also have experience in people management with at least two direct reports within your organization
  • Ideally, you worked in the Telco industry or you are familiar with software Reseller programs
  • You are can navigate in the development of both APIs & User interfaces
  • Analytical thinking skills and a high level of comprehension of technical topics are two of your main strengths
  • You take ownership and have a driven mindset. You are able to follow through on deals over long periods of time and get them from idea to reality 
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information
  • You are fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a big smile whatever the situation. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
