Job Description

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Manage the team of Account Executives closing on the Southern European countries (France, Spain, Belgium, Israel, Portugal, Italy...)
  • Manage a scalable and repeatable data-driven sales methodology that is grounded in clearly defined performance metrics to consistently meet and exceed new sales targets
  • Provide regular coaching, actionable feedback and professional development for everyone on your team in our Paris office
  • Hire, onboarding, train and motivate new Account Executives to promote career growth and to increase revenue for Aircall
  • Lead with a player-coach mentality, be hands-on and empower teams
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts to sales leaders
  • Serve as a role model for the Account Executives team
  • Work cross functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Success teams

Preferred Experience

  • At least 4 years experience managing developing and leading revenue driven teams in a growth stage environnement (startup experience highly preferred)
  • Experience achieving and exceeding quota in a quota-carrying prospecting and/or closing solutions/software sales role
  • Aptitude to learn a technical product
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments as well as working through unknowns that can often develop with a sales and product roadmap
  • Visionary, inspirational thinker and leader with a knack for building morale and a strong team culture, as well as a β€œraise the bar” mentality
  • Proactive approach (embrace solutions, not excuses)
  • Passion for Sales and SaaS
  • Analytical thinking skills and data-driven decision making skills
  • Experience working in our software tools: Salesforce, Docusign, Chilipiper
