Aircall is looking for an experienced, business-minded global employment counsel with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join the legal team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing legal team and to work on novel issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment. This full-time position will report to Aircall’s General Counsel.
Your mission @Aircall:Provide legal counsel and guidance in all labor and employment areas of the company's business across all jurisdictionsProvide timely legal counsel, information, advice, support, and guidance on French employment compliance and labor matters, including all policies and proceduresManage local outside employment counselStrengthen the collaboration with the human resources department including reviewing and updating all existing processes and implementing new processes as neededKeep the company's senior management informed of significant labor and employment decisions, legislation, and regulatory rulings that may affect the company's business or policiesProvide training to the company's Human Resources team and business leaders on an ongoing basisAssist in the development of broader legal strategies to help effectively position the company for future employee growth both domestically and internationally
A little more about you:Qualified to practice law in FranceAt least five years practicing French labor law in a law firm or in-houseFluent in both French and EnglishExperience working across various teams in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate and function well in a team environmentAbility to work well with individuals across diverse teams and culturesSelf-starter; able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyFluent in English, additional languages a strong plus
