At Aircall we are building an awesome product suite which is helping companies to optimise their efficiency around the calling activities. At the end of the road, we help them save and earn money for their business. 

Unfortunately bad actors are usually found where there is success! Fraudsters invite themselves to the party, but they are very much not welcomed ;)

The newly created anti-fraud team is on a mission to understand the evolution of fraudulent activities as Aircall is moving upmarket. It aims at being quick to resolve the latest fraud patterns, forecast fraud scenarios and prevent them before they occur - build long-term system and product features and create sustainable machine learning models and rules.

We’re looking for a product manager to join our fast-paced company to manage several fraud initiatives. You will have full responsibility for developing features, platforms, models and capabilities to proactively identify sources and patterns of fraud and minimize the company’s total exposure to financial risk.

Your mission @Aircall:

  • You will develop a long-term vision with the relevant stakeholders that will establish Aircall, its systems and capabilities as the industry leader in fraud management and mitigation and services.
  • We're looking for someone who possesses a high level of product development and is very experienced in utilizing information generated from fraud patterns, data and prior experience to create insights for cross-functional partners that includes engineers, analysts, and operations. 
  • You will ensure that we deliver a customer-first approach and define and articulate the customer experience for fraud detection and prevention activities.
  • You will be the ‘go to’ product leader for multiple cross-functional teams to deliver the latest fraud and risk solutions across multiple businesses. You are a Product Manager who will take an experimental approach to designing and testing new product features.

  • Min of 4+ years of relevant work in technical product management, owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams
  • B2B SaaS product experience, ideally with a focus on Fraud and Risk across payment, e-commerce, retail, digital media or financial services industries
  • Strong collaboration with engineering on finding technical solutions, and eventually challenge existing solutions
  • Experience partnering with Data Scientists
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience. Ability to lead and influence teams.
  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.
  • Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary, articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
  • Ability to lead with initiative in a fast-growing, dynamic company
  • Fluent in English……with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in the telecom industry would be a plus
