Job Description

Overview of your responsibilities for this role:

  • Technical point of contact for all finance IT systems issues, needs and support from the end users
  • Design and implement all NetSuite modules providing any development and/or configuration that is required
  • Build finance IT systems solutions that support our business and goals
  • Work closely with finance IT systems partners and integrators and ensure all developments, testing, installations, upgrades and integrations perform correctly
  • Perform all finance IT systems Administration functions
  • Current finance IT systems are:
  • NetSuite (accounting and masterdata for all finance information)
  • Spendesk
  • Expensify
  • Future additional finance IT systems will be:
  • Treasury system: including all bank incoming and outgoing connections, and interface with NetSuite
  • Invoice scanning system (OCR)
  • Your mission @ Aircall:

  • User management: Provision users, manage user roles and permissions, and provide users with dashboards, basic training, and support.
  • Integration / Data management : Monitor the flow of finance IT systems between themselves and integrated platforms, reconcile and investigate errors (billing and Payment-Service-Providers systems, Salesforce, Back-end, Tax Systems, Invoices 3-way match,…)
  • Customization: Update user dashboards, custom fields, transaction & entry forms, and printed pdf & html layouts.
  • Reporting: Create and update saved searches & reports to support financial reporting and other analytics
  • Configuration and development: Assist in development, unit testing, documentation, and deployment of major configuration changes, installed bundles, and custom scripts with help of our integration partners.
  • Creation of process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts and implementation of these processes across the organization (Procure to Pay as an example)
  • Working effectively with key stakeholders and users to understand business and functional requirements and translate to solutions within the finance IT systems’ environment
  • Assisting with regression testing of system upgrades prior to new version releases along with post-upgrade validation exercises
  • Implementing and adhering to internal controls and support external & internal auditors through walkthroughs and documentation requests
  • A little about you:

  • 2-5 years' administration in a NetSuite environment
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and middleware applications
  • Familiarity with Recurring Revenue recognition on SaaS product subscriptions
  • Experienced in system customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteBundler
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer/Information Science or equivalent
