Aircall is looking for a Project Manager to join the IT team. You will be responsible for managing projects within the Finance and the IT teams. The main structuring of projects deal with two finance processes : Quote to Cash and Procure To Pay.
Your mission @Aircall:Set projects goals and roadmaps to handle end-to-end projectsMaintain projects timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reportsLead projects through all phases, working with multiple stakeholders : IT and Finance business partners, Engineering team, key users and vendor partners. In particular, formalize workflows (ex : SIPOC) in accordance to business needsSuggest process improvements and system optimizations (i.e. use what is already existing as opposed to buying a new one)Write-up of specifications (functional and technical requirements in Confluence)Manage resources for projects (internal and external)Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilitiesImplement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budgetUsing project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence (Jira Software, Monday.com)Conduct risk assessments and follow KPI for projects (Deadline, Costs, Quality and Efficiency indicators)
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management (Agile but also other methodologies according to project types)Experience managing and implementing Finance projects (Netsuite billing and procurement + financial data flows) is preferredTeamcentric attitude with leadership skillsSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills (all content and discussions are in English)Ability to speak with customers, our Leadership team, providers and partnersStrong understanding of Information Technology principles and concepts (ITIL, Agile, IAM, Process)Strong leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling and coordinating resources to meet project deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication (in English + French)
