About the role:

Aircall is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to build and execute successful field marketing programs with the BeNeLux & Nordics Sales team. The Field Marketing Specialist will partner with the Sales to support revenue, pipeline and other goals of the region. She/He will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to build integrated marketing campaigns, adapt messaging and campaigns for execution in the market, and communicate the field's need for its market. 

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that support regional sales strategy
  • Provide guidance to sales about marketing tactics to achieve their goals
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create and execute 360° campaigns and integrated programs regarding the sales needs
  • Identify, plan, execute and track a variety of regional programs including Brand events, Partner events and tradeshows (online and on-site)
  • Drive and coordinate the creation of localized sales enablements (product videos, one-sheeter, decks, customer stories…) and adapted to the market
  • Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities.
  • A little more about you:

  • +4-6 years of experience in high technology B2B software or SaaS required
  • Fluency in English is required 
  • Experienced in developing GTM strategy 
  • Perfect knowledge of the BeNeLux & Nordics market where you will be leveraging marketing initiatives 
  • Marketo & Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
  • Experienced in developing fully integrated marketing plans according to the market
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
  • Ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision
