Job Description

About The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations expert to join our marketing leadership team. You’ll work with a talented, caring, and strong marketing leadership team to make us more efficient, identify strategic opportunities, and ultimately help provide an incredible (and effective) customer journey. You’ll guide us on our resource allocation, own the technical stack, optimize our spending and budgets, and assess the impact of all our marketing initiatives.

Your mission @ Aircall:

  • Collaborate across marketing leadership to assess resources allocation and optimize our investments.
  • Partner with all our regional Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to optimize our go-to-market strategies
  • Establish the right reporting rhythm for attribution and ROI tracking across all marketing initiatives - brand, paid, events, nurture, etc.
  • Assess and determine our marketing technology stack, integrate our tools across the team, and empower our teams to leverage these systems
  • Manage and mentor a small team of ambitious Marketing Operations Specialists
  • Optimize the customer experience by understanding our customers’ journey to Aircall and identifying various points within the journey that could be improved
  • Leverage data to team up with marketing leadership and all go-to-market leadership on opportunities to scale the business more efficiently
  • Lead our marketing reporting and partner with the CMO to track and analyze critical efficiency metrics
  • Partner with our Data and Revenue Operations teams to create a consistent set of reporting that can assess performance across all channels, teams, and regions
  • Organize our weekly marketing leadership team meetings: collaborate with marketing leadership to set appropriate agendas and reporting

Preferred Experience

  • Experienced marketing operations leader at a fast growing B2B or SaaS company
  • Analytical mind with the ability to find the story within a complex set of data
  • Strong management skills and desire to lead a team
  • Technical skills - fluent in all necessary tools and skills to run autonomously in the role (we use Marketo for marketing automation)
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to see the big picture within the data
