About the team and role:

The Billing team at Aircall is currently part of the Accounting team and is responsible for cash collection from our valued customers.

It is composed of a Billing and Cash Collection Manager, a Junior Billing Specialist in Paris for EMEA accounts and a Billing Specialist in NYC for US/APAC accounts.

You’ll be in charge of all the EMEA accounts, which you’ll manage through JIRA (for customer requests), our billing channel on Slack and JIRA (for internal request), and cash collection reminders to prevent the loss of cash. This role is a great opportunity to join a team that is dedicated to always improving processes, training our customer-facing teams, and ensuring our customers can succeed with Aircall!

Your mission @Aircall :

  • Direct support of the customer Direct support for our Success/Sales team
  • Contribute to the implementation and respect of internal billing procedures
  • Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Find and contact customers to inquire about their overdue payments
  • Issue invoices, receipts and credit notes
  • Update the customer database/balance
  • Solve billing, customer credit and payment disputes issues
  • Assist the Billing manager on the implementation our new billing system
  • Train customer-facing teams regarding billing processes  and new projects
  • A little more about you :

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar position (billing and customer service)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English and French
  • Comfortable managing several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with numbers and to process financial information
