Descriptif du poste

The mission
As an Online Acquisition Manager your job is to fuel our growth with extremely effective online acquisition campaigns by running end to end digital campaigns and initiatives.

*What you’ll work on *

  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
  • Manage paid search & display programs including keywords, ads, copy, and budget.
  • Design and scale Aircall's paid search program by leveraging a combination of channels and tactics to drive profitable multi-year growth in our lead volume, customer volume, and revenue.
  • Support integrated campaigns with innovative approaches to direct response and brand awareness advertising.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Content, SEO, Product Marketing and Website teams on development and implementation of a coordinated multi-channel customer acquisition strategy.
  • Manage Facebook, Linkedin, Mobile/Web Display, SEM, & all other media channels
  • Instill a culture of data & testing for improving marketing performance through executing A/B tests and applying statistics insights to identify opportunities
  • Manage the translation process of advertising campaigns across German, French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, and other languages as necessary.
  • Own a lead commit as determined with your manager
  • Work directly with the Partnership Team to drive online acquisition through our integration and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities and partner with the product team to improve the user onboarding process.
  • Own the conversion rate optimization process to assure we are maximizing the potential of our website
  • Optimize our landing pages to consistently improve our ad performances and conversion opportunities
  • Significantly scale our Worldwide SEO and organic search volume through executing onsite and offsite strategies
  • Monitor competitor keyword status and rankings in local regions worldwide to discover new opportunities
  • Run our Google Analytics account to drive deep insights into user behaviors on our website and optimize our website funnels

Profil recherché

More about you

  • 3+ years of experience in acquisition marketing
  • Experienced advertiser on digital advertising platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, etc
  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation, and heatmaps preferred.
  • Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with A/B multivariate testing
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still and excellent team player
  • Fluent in English, and other languages are a huge bonus :)
