Your mission @AircallHandle daily operational activities related to A/P for all our legal entities (currently: France, US, Spain, Australia - 500invoices/month): invoice booking, travel expense control and booking, run paymentsManage supplier master dataManage our invoice scanning system and improve itTake full responsibility of the newly implemented Purchase Order process and monitor its implementation worldwideLiaise with the bank for A/P mattersParticipate to the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations and reportingEnsure A/P policies, procedures and controls are documented and up to dateBe a key member of the broader Finance teamProvide VP Accounting, FP&A and CFO with any miscellaneous adhoc requested linked to A/PAssist in building a scalable and efficient global accounting and finance function and take a leading role in the improvement of our accounting and financial systems for A/P matters (optimization and exploitation of NetSuite)
A little more about you:Degree in accountingMinimum of 8 years experience in a CPA, Audit firm in France or in a GroupAccounting knowledge, with proven experience of managing Account Payable departmentData oriented mindsetExcellent data collection and computing skills with meticulous attention to detailExcel capabilities and Google Docs web application skillsAbility to liaise and collaborate closely with peopleExcellent organisation skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effectiveFluent English and French communication skills, both written and verbalPrevious experience of scanning invoice system is requiredPrevious experience working with an ERP, ideally Netsuite, would be a plus
